# E2.M3 — MasteryAndPerkUnlocks

## Purpose

Mastery tracks and perk unlock state so classless builds have expressive identity beyond raw level curves.

- Progress `MasteryTrack` data; emit `PerkUnlockEvent` and persist `PerkState`.
|
|
|
|
