Purpose

Ensure functional equivalents for PvP rewards through PvE/crafting paths; blocks ship when mapping incomplete per policy.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain RewardParityMap and EquivalentPowerBand; emit ParityViolationAlert for CI or live checks across E3.M2, E5.M3, E7.M2.
