Don	fa9acc85ac	NEO-91: migrate combat targets to three NPC instances ... Replace alpha/beta dummies with PrototypeNpcRegistry (melee/ranged/elite), per-archetype max HP from INpcBehaviorDefinitionRegistry, and updated server tests + Bruno smokes.
